Run 1384 Hare: Lousy (outsourced to Toluk) Venue: Sg. Senudung, Kampar Jaya
As usual Lousy “banyak merancap dan kurang merancang” . As a result he found he had no one to set the run with him as KJ3H’s finest were in Rawang for the 6th Batang Nash Hash. In desperation he turned to our legendary hare Toluk to set the run for him on Monday afternoon. What services he promised to render to Toluk in return we will soon find out. Without anyone to hold him back, the Bhai was in his element and a ball-breaker run was in store. The back runners were suitable armed with their LED torchlights.
The weekend’s festivities at the Batang Nash Hash had taken its toll on the members and only about 20 odd souls came to sample Lousy’s offering. The pre-run talk was of course the exploits of KJ3H members in Rawang as related by Rajan aka KK( katta kuthy ). STP, Lickman and CheeBye Keng also had their stories to tell.
Without Tai Lap around, it was left to yours truly to finger GM’s arse as a signal to call the On On. Late comer Balls brought along 4 young Taliban-like guests whom I shall call A—D Singh to join in the fun. The bee-hoon paper trail started from our cars to cross the Sg. Senudung and then turned right to go up the Green Ridge. After crossing the Green Ridge, we came across a laterite quarry road and followed it all the way up to the edge of the jungle where check no. 1 was laid. The front runners Fred, Babu, Lap Cheong and Lick man were way ahead while the young Singhs respectfully kept behind their “boss” Balls at the start of the run. The uphill climb soon took its toll on our former Olahragawan and he was left further and further behind by Singhs A, B, and C while D Singh stayed behind to look after the “boss”. In the middle were yours truly, CT Hammer, Chewie, Maggi, KK Rajan, TR Gila and Ken with Tiu-tiu, Rose and Ah Fool bringing up the rear.
Check No. 1 was broken by Fred/Baboon? and the trail continued uphill along an old timber track before going down to cross a river then up again. After a short climb, the paper went along the side of the hill across some tricky rocks. Just when everybody thought the Bhai would go down to come out at the graveyard, the Bhai decides to go up again to hit the top of the ridge in about 1 hour. After circling to the left on top of the hill, it was On Down mainly to our right to recross the river before hitting the usual old timber track back to the Beer Wagon. Halfway down, we found the track blocked by debris from the laterite quarry, and had to do a detour into the jungle before getting back on to the track. The front runners were back in about 1hr 20 while yours truly with, TR, Ken, CT and Chewie made it after dark in 1hr 40.
At the BW more hashmen had appeared to join in the festivities with STP, SkyWong and D’Mouth (on MC-- high uric acid ) giving their versions of what happened in Rawang. An extra crate of beer by the Hare and one more crate sponsored by TR Gila made the waiting for the back runners more bearable. By 8.45 all runners were accounted for and Balls was “fined” for allowing his guest to overtake the GM. Dinner was at 21st Century where old time Hashmen ChinaKooi was waiting. After more than 10 years in the US of A, he comes back looking 10 years younger than when he left Kampar. Welcome Back! We shall be seeing more of him in the future.Thor Chieh to Lousy for the Run and ChinaKooi for 1 round of beers.

6th Batang Nash Hash,
6th October, Commonwealth Park
More than 20 regulars signed up for this run, including a rare outing by Pari 1.5. Missing were Lousy (sibuk mencabul kehormatan anak murid) and Pop-Pop (piling in Guangzhou). Our car started late because of Tadak Guna and were joined by Doraemon’s 4WD with Maggi CT and Rose Chan on board. After lunch in Tapah we decided to take the old road thanks to a tip from Rose Chan ( highway banyak jam, old road lebih cepat) and arrived late at the runsite at 5 pm where STP, Lickman, CB Keng, Skywong and Tiu-Tiu were had already “completed” their run. To keep the KJ3H flag flying, yours truly, Fred, KK Rajan, TR Wangker, Pari, Tak Guna, Maggi, CT and Rose Chan started the run, some on the long run and some on the short run. By 6.30 pm all were back and the festivities began. Food and beer were plentiful and most enjoyed the bah kut the, chicken rending and late nitht porridge. To cut a long story short Tak Guna, Dr. Mouth(as PJ called him), KK Rajan, Lickman and 5656 ( with Baboon as an illegal substitute) represented KJ3H at the beer-drinking competition where 5 of them had to finish 1 crate of Skol beer. After much drinking and vomiting we came out third.
The next competition was a disgrace! The GM was supposed to wrap up a naked On Sex in the most creative way with a roll of aluminium foil. A completely pissed GM Fred chose an equally pissed CB Keng to represent him. This “sor hai” held on to the roll of foil like he was holding his cock and stood there grinning like a monkey. A belly dance by a well covered-up beauty was thrown in to entertain the 400+ crowd but most were not terribly sexcited by her performance.
On the next day, the PJ Animales brought their families to the runsite. More food and beers were served until we decided to call it a weekend at about 4 pm. Those who stayed till the end included, STP, Lickman, Sky, CB Keng, GM, D’ mouth, KK, TR, Pari, yours truly, Tak Guna and SerbaGuna. Most came back happy with the event. Tak Guna said, “ Saya bayar RM 70 ringgit tapi minum 20 botol beer, banyak untung loh.” As for D’Mouth, bayar 70 minum 2 crate, lagi untung sampai kaki sakit ( more Skol = more uric acid = kaki sakit ).
